Written proposals state their own validity period and terms, and larger scopes are contingent on a site visit and field verification. Concealed conditions that differ from those assumed are handled by written change order — never by surprise invoice.
Emergencies
Guidance we give by phone in an emergency (like helping you find a shutoff valve) is offered in good faith to limit damage. Conditions in your home are yours to assess — if anything feels unsafe, prioritize safety and emergency services first.
